Prof. S.J. Xu, Department of Physics, The University of Hong Kong, China


Prof. S.J. Xu is currently a professor with tenure in Department of Physics, The University of Hong Kong. He received his PhD degree in Electronic Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1993. Prior to joining HKU, he was employed as research fellow by Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), Singapore, and NSTB postdoctoral fellow by National University of Singapore earlier. S.J. Xu has been interested in luminescence and related processes and phenomena in wide bandgap semiconductors and nanostructures. He has authored >170 peer-reviewed articles and letters with >6300 Google Scholar citations and >5000 SCI citations.



Prof. Dr. Ying Ye (Fred Y. Ye), iSchool, Nanjing University, Nanjing, China


Prof. Dr. Ye's research interest focuses on the scientific metrics and interdisciplinary informatics. His publications include more than 100 articles that have appeared in Scientometrics, Journal of Informetrics, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Physica A; Scientific Reports, etc., with 3 monographs and 3 textbooks. His present contributions include (1) unified informetric mechanism described by wave-heat equations; (2) h-type metrics for network analysis; (3) scientific metrics with applications in multidisciplinary fields. Also, his research interest extends to physical and economic philosophy.
Prof. Dr. Ye is now a full professor in Nanjing University, Fellow of European Academy of Sciences and Arts, a life-long member of International Society for Scientometrics and Informetrics and the member of the Editorial Committees for Journal of Informetrics, Journal of Data and Information Science and so on.

Prof. Rachid Masrour

Rachid Masrour, from Morocco, actually, is research professor in the National School of Applied Sciences at the University of Cadi Ayyad, Safi, Morocco where he has been a faculty member since April 2011. Dr. Rachid Masrour completed his Ph.D. in March 2006 at University of Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah, Fez, Morocco. His research interests lie in the area of Solar energy, artificial neuronal networks Condensed Matter Physics. He has 236 articles published in Thomson Reuters and 9 book chapters published in international journal. He participated in more 70 Moroccan and international congress. He's a Referee of a several articles and also Editorial Board Members in different international journal. He has a lot of collaboration with laboratories from abroad.



Dr. Aamir Shahzad

(Hons) Physics, of Pakistan’s leading HEC recognized University (GCUF).

Dr. Deepak Kumar

Dr. Deepak Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at MANIT-Bhopal. Dr. Kumar received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialized in Continuum Mechanics) from IIT-Patna in 2019. Prior to joining MANIT-Bhopal, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Applied Mechanics Department of IIT-Delhi. He also worked as a Research Associate in SRIC-IIT Kharagpur. Dr. Kumar is a highly motivated dynamic scholar and fully dedicated to the original research.

Dr. Dalin Zhang

Dr. Dalin Zhang got PhD degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of New South Wales Sydney, Australia] on Apr 2020. He is an Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) scholarship holder between 2017-2020 (awarded in 2016). Before joining UNSW in 2017, he worked as a Research Assistant at The University of British Columnbia, Canada and a Digital Integerated Circuit Design Engineer at Spreadtrum Communications, Inc, China, respectively during 2015-2017. He received the Master degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015, and his Bachelor Degree from Jilin University in 2012, both major in Microelectronics.
Research Areas: solve key open problems in biological and medical fields through building computational models, develop machine-learning techniques, and design effective and efficient algorithms.

Dr. Xinggang Yan

Dr Xing-Gang Yan worked as a Research Fellow/Research Associate in the Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, the University of Hong Kong, China, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He is the member of IEEE and IET, the Fellow of HEA and Charted Engineer. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Engineering Research and Science & Technology. He was the Lead Guest Editor of a special issue in the Mathematical Problems in Engineering. He has published three books, six invited book chapters and about 200 referred papers in the area of Control Engineering. He has successfully supervised ve PhD students, and currently he is the main supervisor of two PhD students. 
Research Areas: Control Theory with Applications in robot system, automated highway systems, networked control systems, high speed railway, flight control and multimachine power systems etc.







Dr. Jiqiang Wang

Dr. Jiqiang Wang received bachelor degrees in both management & mechanical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China in 2003. He obtained his MSc and PhD in control systems, both from the University of Sheffield, UK in 2005, 2008 respectively. He then worked as a research fellow at the Industrial Control Centre, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow before joining Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics at the end of 2009. From January to July, 2011, he worked as a full-time senior research engineer at the R&D Centre, AVIC Commercial Engine Co. Ltd, Shanghai; from September 2015 to August 2016, he worked as the Vice-director at the Lvsi Marine Economic Development Zone in Qidong city; from December 2017 to December 2018, he was a visiting academic at the Institute of Sound & Vibration Research, University of Southampton, UK.

Dr. Fadi HAGE CHEHADE

Professor Fadi HAGE CHEHADE got PhD degree in Civil and Geotechnical from Lille University. He worked as a research engineer at the French Petroleum Institute from 1991 – till 1998. From 1998 till now, he is a full professor at the Lebanese University.
The main research activities are related to nonlinear numerical modeling of soil structure interaction in urban areas, flowing effects in soil and therm-poro-mechanical effects, geological and granular media, slopes stability under seismic loading for soil and rocks, materials (concrete) and some activities related to smart cities with the team of Lille University.






Dr. Jeffrey Hugh Gamble


Assistant Professor, National Chiayi University, Taiwan, China


Jeffrey Hugh Gamble is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Foreign Languages at National Chiayi University in Taiwan. His teaching emphasizes English Teaching pre-service teacher training and in-service English teacher training. He currently serves as a mentor professor for the Ministry of Education Interdisciplinary STEAM Research Center (Junior High School Division) and has served for both municipal and national Mobile Learning Projects, and Pre-Service Teacher Development Programs, among others. 
Research Areas: the role of technology in teaching and learning, computer-assisted learning, mobile learning, interdisciplinary and STEAM-integrated instruction, educational policy for language learning, innovative instructional design, and adaptive language instruction.









Dr. Zheng-Ming GAO


School of Computer Engineering, Jingchu University of Technology, China


Zheng-Ming GAO, born in 1979. He received his Ph.D from the engineering school of Rocket Force in 2020 and majored in nuclear engineering. He is now servicing as a lecture in Jingchu University of Technology. He has finished 8 projects and now hosting one science and technology project of Hubei Province and 5 other projects of province, cities and universities. He has published more than 20 papers indexed by SCI/EI, and owns more than 30 patents and authorships.

Research Areas: the automatic informational measurements of nuclear materials and high explosives, nuclear engineering, nuclear technology and applications, and also the intelligent information technology.

Dr. Ioan-Lucian Popa is a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics in the Department of Exact Sciences, "1Decembrie 1918" University of Alba Iulia in Romania. 

He has good communication skills gained through his experience as a teacher, as a teaching assistant and during a number of conferences to which he participated. He won the Excellence Diploma “Professor Bologna” 2017 award granted by National Alliance of Student Organizations in Romania (ANOSR).
